Roxie is blessed as a beloved creature of God at the "Blessing of the Animals" service at the United Church of Christ. Rev. Kathryn Schreiber prayed upon and annointed her with holy water! Roxie and Kona, along with various dogs, cats, and fish, were remarkably reverent throughout the sermon.
Also blessed were Acey Deucey and Annie Hall, in attendance in spirit with photos on the altar.
