It looks like Benito has had one too many, but looks are deceiving.
This brew is Kwispelbier, a non-alcoholic beer for dogs made from beef
extract and malt in Zelhem, Netherlands, and even a Chihuahua can’t get
drunk on it. Kwispelbier is from kwispel, the Dutch word for wagging a tail.
