Roxie was recently contacted by MetaMorphix, Inc. to provide her purebred DNA for their “Canine Heritage Breed Test.”
She has just swabbed her cheeks with special testing brushes and sent her samples back to the lab so they can keep her most perfect Havanese DNA on file.
This project helps owners of mixed breed dogs not only satisfy their curiosity as to what their dog’s breed make-up includes, but also to assist with possible behavior and health issues. http://www.mmigenomics.com/
